The 32-0 Daily Challenge Guide
Same challenge, same day, everyone
The Daily Challenge is where 32-0 becomes a competition. Instead of a private run with your own seed, everyone who plays that day faces the exact same setup: the same seed, the same draft options, the same eras and candidates on every spin. Because the starting conditions are identical, the only thing that separates players is the decisions they make. That is what makes the daily fair and fun to compare.
How the seed works
A seed is the code that determines exactly what your draft will offer — which eras appear, which legends are available at each position, and in what order. In a normal run, seeds can be random or shared with a friend. In the Daily Challenge, the game hands everyone the same seed for that day, so no one gets a lucky draw the rest of the field did not also see.
The daily seed refreshes on UTC time. When the UTC day rolls over, a new shared seed goes live and a fresh challenge begins. Using UTC keeps it consistent no matter where in the world you are playing, so a player in one time zone is not competing on a different puzzle than a player in another.
Playing your run
Playing the daily is the same as any run, covered fully in how to play 32-0. You choose Classic or Blind draft, spin all five rounds to fill point guard through center, and manage your two rerolls. Then the 32-game season simulates: a 27-game regular season plus a five-game single-elimination national tournament. A flawless run is 32-0.
Because everyone shares the seed, draft skill is on full display. The same candidates are offered to your rivals, so building the better-fitting, higher-chemistry roster is how you win the day. Brush up on that in 32-0 draft strategy.
Submitting your record
When your season finishes, you submit your record to the leaderboard. Your result — whether you went perfect and, if not, how many games you won — gets placed against everyone else who played the same daily seed.
How the leaderboard ranks players
The ranking has a clear priority:
- Flawless runs first. Anyone who went a perfect 32-0 sits at the top, because completing the actual challenge is the whole point.
- Then win percentage. Among players who did not go flawless, the leaderboard orders them by how high their win rate was across the season.
So a 32-0 always beats a 31-1, and a 31-1 beats a 29-3. The system rewards the goal the game is built around — perfection — and uses win percentage as the tiebreaker for everyone still chasing it.
Building a daily habit
The daily gives you a reason to come back: one shared puzzle, one shot at the top of the board, reset every UTC day. Compare notes with friends, since they saw the identical options, and see who read the draft better. If a term on the leaderboard or in the draft is unclear, check the 32-0 glossary.
